Cant Install Lang pack to 4.5.1RC

Hello,

I just installed SugarCRM 4.5.1RC and I am trying to install the spanish pack (SugarOpen-4.2.1-lang-sp_ve.zip)
I upload the file via admin and when I choose to install I get this error:

Warning: copy(/home/www/altatec/crm/./manifest.php) [function.copy]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/www/altatec/crm/modules/Administration/UpgradeWizard_commit.php on line 235
Could not copy file /home/www/altatec/crm/cache/upload/upgrades/temp/XIeKmk/./manifest.php to /home/www/altatec/crm/./manifest.php

How can I solve this?

I had also a problem when uploading the french language pack on my new installed SugarCrm ver 4.5.1

It seems you (an Apache user, I guess) don't have a write permission on the home/www/altatec/crm/ directory.
