Dutch Language pack for SugarCRM 4.2b

When I'm installing the dutch language pack for suguarCRM 4.2b.
I'm getting this eroor: Not A Valid Entry Point

The Dutch Language pack would not install because of a security patch in 4.2.0b I made seperate Language Pack versions for 4.2.0(a) and 4.2.0b

The security patch will be modified in subsequent versions of 4.2.0 as well (to be less restrictive). This shouldn't be a problem in future releases. Thanks!

The check for entry points has been changed, and may be disabling some language packs. The creator of the language pack will need to follow the instructions in the thread to get it working again.

I lost my EURO sign € in the translation. it does show up in US english, but not in Dutch.
Also lost every other special character like ä or ë ...very anoying; and the correct translation for "Copy" is "Kopie" and not "Kopi".
Oh and just noticed that the Euro-sing in my Dashboard is gone too................

I am sorry to inform you that in version 4.2.0d I have several issues with the Dutch language pack regarding functionality:

FATAL: Sending invitation emails to participants of a meeting does NOT work. The resulting emails are empty. It DOES work using the US English setting

Annoying several items in the admjin screens and diagnostic screens are not translated resulting in empty tick marks and unlabeled buttons.

I appreciate the work done to get a translation, and I would be glad to help out, however, I really don't know where to start.

You may need to create/modify the ./include/language/nl_nl.notify_template.html and add the relevent sections for Meeting notifications. See ./include/language/en_us.notify_template.html for an example of what it should look like.
