Error when creat Language Pack

I use sugar 4.5.0 and i creat language pack Viet Nam for it.

But, after i ceat, and use load module to install new languae, but it have error is:

The zip file is missing a manifest.php file. Cannot proceed.

I don't now how it is. This is the samble file i created


And i found an error in MY PIPELINE at Home page can't show unicode font

Do it this way. Do not put your stuff in a directory in the zip file. The manifest needs to be in the root of the zip file.
