Homepage menu items

I'm using a language pack that have not been completely translated.
I want to translate the menu items on the left hand side on Home Page.
However, I can't seem to find it.

I have translated the modules/home/language and the include/language
along with many other modules. They effect the menu items for each module, but not on the home page.
Can anyone tell me exactly where I can fine the language file for these menu items???
