I use SugarSpike, and have installed french language pack and Team Security module. When I login with english language, there is no problem.

When I connect with french, it says that a patch about summer time should be done, and that i should go to the repair module in admin and click on summer time fix. However there no such option in admin.

There are also 3 php warnings : main(modules/Users/SetTimeZone.php ): failed to open stream.. SetTimeZone.php was called from index.php in root directory in line 677. From previous install/uninstall, I am pretty sure that the SetTimeZone.php was not in the original Sugar files, so I just deleted it.

Now there are 3 other php warnings main(modules/Administration/DstFix.php): failed to open stream ...

I can t figure why there would be a problem with the french language pack and nothing with the standard english.
