    Default Possibly wrong encoding

    Hi,

    So...I have one problem..

    language files in :
    ...\lv_lv-v5.0.0a-langpack\include\language\*.lang.php
    ...\lv_lv-v5.0.0a-langpack\modules\Accounts\language\*.lang.php

first of them shows information on web correctly when I install language pack , bet the second one shows ? in place of langugage specific symbols (ā , ē ).

But , for example in notepad++ , encoding for both files is the same.

What can I do to solve this problem?
