problem in installing sugar translation suite

I Uncompress the archive in my webserver directory and access the install.php file using my web browser. but I get this error message

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in C:\wamp\www\sugar_translation_suite.b5\inc\fonc.in c on line 125

Where did you download the Sugar translation suite? I'll try installing it myself. Thanks!
