right-to-left

I have problem with right-to-left languages. I don't now how to change the direction of sugarcrm pages from ltr to rtl.
your answer could be a great help for me!

I have the same problem. I know what php string should be added to sugar files but i dont know to which files i should add the command.

Any one from sugar dev team can answer this riddle?
