Hi Barra,
from the thread you opened in the italian section of the forum I can see people actually replied to you... Anyways, if you install a module which you downloaded from sugarforge, 99.9% of the times it's in english.
This means that it will work fine in english, while with other languages it might present some issues... Infact, if the proper language file is missing, you will experience absence of tabs' labels and so on.
What you can do to patch this problem is to go in the new module folder and locate the en_us.lang.php file, duplicate it and save its copy as it_it.lang.php, then open it and translate labels.
