    Default Undefined index: collation in

    hello,

    when i install my dutch language pack and i select 'nederlands' in the System Locale Settings as the default language and i press save the following message is coming up:

    Notice: Undefined index: collation in c:\program files\easyphp1-8\www\crm\modules\Administration\Locale.php on line 45

    Do anyone know what the problem is?
    line 45 in the locale.php is:

    if($_REQUEST['collation'] != $sugar_config['dbconfigoption']['collation']) {

    thanks in advance

    Hi
    I assume you're using 4.5.1.

    Do you see the "Database Collation" section in the locale setting dialog?

    I also have the same problem with the Undefined index: collation in and I am able to see the "Database Collation" section in the locale setting dialog. I would apprecita to get a solution. I have installed the spanish module. What I found out is that allthough you are not able to change the language in these windows. when you log off and enter, when you choose the spanish language, sugarcrm changes the setup to spanish. anyway I would like to makie it work in both places. thanks.

    Unhappy Re: Undefined index: collation in

    Hello,
    Me too I get the same error (version 4.5.1e) in French and Spanish (haven't tried another language)
    "Notice: Undefined index: collation in D:\www\SugarOS-Full-4.5.1e\modules\Administration\Locale.php on line 45 "

    Pretty annoying !

    Edit: OK, I follow the trick above and choose the language at login. That's fine after all, but not self evident for first time user.
