Useing Hebrew in SugarCRM

Hi all,

We, at Terrasafe proud to use SugarCRM as our CRM system.

We installed the software on our office intranet using the default English interface.

We would like to leave the English interface but inset data in Hebrew. To do so we need to know where and what should be changed so that the output screens will show the Hebrew Charest.

All we need to know is where and how to change the CRM system so it will display Hebrew Charest (windows 1255)

DefaoultCharset at the apache conf file was changed to windows 1255 (Hebrew charset) but still we see the Hebrew input in Gibberish.

Hi,

I think there are at least two places where charset shoud be set.

config.php

'default_charset' => 'UTF-8', <-- anything you like

include\language\en_us.lang.php

'LBL_CHARSET' => 'UTF-8', <-- anything you like

I'm not sure which one works for what, but Sugar works fine for my language by these settings.

I have an intersting proposal for you.
I am an Information system Eng. student in the shenkar college and I am looking for a graduation project.
I am very intersted in the SugarCRM system and in implemanting it in an organization here in Israel.

I don't know in what stage your company in the implamantation process, but maybe me and my partner would be able to help you, bringing the academic methology, the help of the university and my experience in the technic size after working in NICE systems company.

Have you succeeded in using SugarCRM with the Hebrew character set? I have a project that requires it. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
