why the form lead to send hebrew and hjust english ?

hi ,
i made new form per lead from sugarcrm version 4.5.1 .
i have copy the source form to other site and its work great if the customers insert english words
, but if there fill hebrew , in the admin panel i see blank

why ?

i tried to change the charset but its dont work , i work know with UTF-8.
if i insert in the form lead $א$ his move just the $
if i insert number its work great .

Did you have words Check in the lead ? if yes send me the source ?

i tried to check in the forum, and nothing find

why any body dont answer to me , i know you have bugs ,
