assigned to email in bugtracker

I would very much like the bugtracker to send an email to the person in the 'assigned to' field when a new bug is made. This already works when the 'assigned to' field is changed, however not when the bug is first entered.

What version of Sugar are you using? By default, if system notifications are turned on and each user individually has their notifications on and an email address populated, then they will receive an email notification that a new record has been assigned to them when another user creates/modifies a record and assigns it to someone other than their own user.
