I've tested the attachment feature of those modules....
But I can found all the attachments in the cache/upload directory, all in the same container....

Well, I'm wondering why.... Suppose I start adding a lot of attachments. Maybe I can reach 10 thousand (or even more) files attached to the various Documents/Notes, and I would find them all in the same directory...

I'm quite sure that this is not a problem for Linux, but I'm not so sure about Windows. In any case, having too much files in the same directory leads to a risky situation, with penalty for performances.

So, I would ask You all if it's a good idea to:

1) improve the Upload_File class saving the attachments in a structure rather than in just one directory
2) let us developers customize the Upload_File class, referencing the custom class in Documents and Notes if it exists, otherwise referencing the standard one.
