Automatic archive windows popup in outlook plugin when email is received and sent

It will be a great feature to automatically have the archive-to-sugarcrm windows popup when an email is sent or received. Now, for users to archive their email to sugarcrm, they have to click the archive button in that email and they are not doing it. Our previous CRM software have this feature and it reminds the users to archive their email.

I understand your point of view but very often customers don't want to automatically archive emails in order to preserve SugarCRM History tab consistency and avoid being polluted by a lot of useless mails.

We are in the process of developing functionality that will allow user to access a feature while selecting an email message, that will allow them to automatically archive the message (provide the email address is in in the account/contacts database). If the address is not found, then it is placed in a separate folder for future archiving. Once the account/contact email address has been added, the user will then have a second opportunity to auto archive from this folder. You may contact me via PMB for more details.l
