I suggest using the following two options rather than collecting ideas in a "Feature Requests" section of a forum.

By improving idea harvesting, you will make it easier to moderate ideas and the best ideas for SugarCRM will be easier to spot, which will lead to an overall better product.

• Google Moderator - Free hosted solution which will be very simple to implement. I don't think you can do single-sign-on with sugarcrm.com though.
  
• IdeaTorrent - Used by Ubuntu and is modeled after Dell's IdeaStorm to track Ideas
