Checkboxes for Adding Users to Calls and Meetings

There needs to be an easier way to add users to calls and meetings to SugarCRM OS. Either adding users by roles or teams would be easier. Having to search for individual users, and identify 20, click "add" for each one is painfully slow, what if 30 people need to be notified? Unless I'm wrong there appears no easy way to add this many people? How about checkboxes besides a list of the names, that way you avoid the load time after each add button.

Also something simple. How about being able to send an email to a User or group of users (either by Role or Team) without adding all users as contacts. Right now you can only do a lookup based on Contacts.

I agree as well. This is very needed and wanted.

How about a button to add ALL users with one click? That should be easy to impliment.
