Custom module Field Upload -> edit file uploaded

I'm trying from yesterday to find a reasonable way to edit a file uploaded in a custom module, made with File Upload template. If anyone can put me on the right way, I'll appreciate it so much.

I've made a new custom module with File type.
All works fine, but I need to edit or delete the FILE that I've uploaded in edit view.

In facts when I try to edit the uploaded file, I can't add change this file because the field is grey and there are NO browse button.

So, I need to create another entry with the new file, then delete previous entry.

i am getting the same problem while uploading the file. I am not able to edit the file when it is once saved....If u got the answer pls would u pls pass it on ......I will be highly obliged for ur help......
