Please post these in the project's forum and one of the developers will pick up on them ... it's a little tricky to implement ... but it works very well ... any issues ... we'll support as best we can

    Hi,

It appears we are having some problems with labels or could this be permission related?

All we get is the text: LBL_RESCHEDULE: but no drop-down, LBL_HISTORY: again no drop-down

Thank you in advance for your help!

I have tried following the instructions but when I try to create a Textfield in studio I get a "failed to retrieve data" error.

This only happens on Textfields, all other field types work fine. any idea why?

All folder permissions are set up correctly

Trying to troubleshoot it, but as far as I see, when I reschedule or edit, you can't actually save data anymore.....

I'm trying to use this module, but experience the same problem as chuangya:
When I try to save changes to the call by using the button "Save", Sugar asks me if I want to leave the page or stay. So this button can't be used to save the changes. The button "Save and continue" does work, though.

Because this is quite difficult to understand for a lot of people, I tried to uninstall the module. This gives problems with the database, though. A quick repair cannot complete because the suggested query, becuase of differencing database and vardefs, cannot run.

Now when I try to change a call, I get an MsSQL-error, Sugercrm.log says: MySQL error 1054: Unknown column 'reschedule_c' in 'field list'. Indicating something missing from the db after the uninstall.

    We're using Sugar 6.20 CE
    Someone any suggestions?

I am having the same problem. It appears the project forum is no longer around. This would be a nice feature if it worked, but so far all it has accomplished is to make it impossible to save any call informatoin. I get the same error when I try to save. "do you want to navigate away from this page" cancel it three or four times and the entire calll log goes away.

Help! Has anyone found the solution to this?

reschedule is not really compatible with sugar 6+ and had been removed from the downloads page for this reason,

to resolve your issue I would go to 'custom/modules' and delete the calls folder

then do a quick repair and rebuild

It looks like Reschedule is included in 6.4.0RC3 - and maybe other 6.x versions.

This included version of Reschedule includes only 2 reasons: "Out of office" and "Busy".

Your original module included about 6 reasons for the Reschedule.
