I have been a SugarCRM Community user for about a year but gave up due to the email function, or lack of. CRM's are only as good as their email system. I have recently moved to Solve360 by Norada and am amazed as to what they have done for their email, and they are a small company based out of Alberta, Canada.

They have such a good integration with Gmail by having their Gmail gadget which opens up the customers details from Solve360 right into your inbox/email message. Now they have a smarter and easier way of attaching emails to the contact, company or even project by having a #solve360 label. Any emails you want to link to your crm you put a label on it and like magic it attaches it to the contact, company or project.

Sugar Staff, I would say to pick up some things from Solve360 and you could really improve your product and make it more "complete"
