Enable additional features in SugarCRM

Hi,



I am new to the SugarCRM platform and currently working on an assignment on SugarCRM Open Source . I am amazed with the features and functionality offered but would like to know how do I get additional features enabled on Open Source. I would like to enable "Reports" module and Workflow Mechanism, kindly guide me.

I dont know about workflow but for reports you can use Zucker Reports

Hi

Both Workflow and Reporting are features of the Pro / Enterprise editions of Sugar, which are 'paid-for' products requiring an annual subscription. The Open Source version / Community Edition of Sugar does not include these features: they cannot be 'enabled' as they are simply not included with the distribution.

There are plenty of community alternative over on SugarForge - as mentioned, Zucker Reports is about the best for reporting. There are a couple of work-flow packages: I've used Process Manager before and it works pretty well.
