Is it possible to get a "Contacts" and "CASE EMAILS" options under available under CASES? This would be to list and track communications for Users, Customers and Vendors relating to a Case tracked by Case Number? Ideally, all CASE emails relating to a case would be available here, As well as Case notes.
Having the Case and resolution does not allow for progress tracking.
