We use sugarcrm to log and track support requests for customers, using the cases module, this includes archiving a large number of emails to each case as required to track communication on the fault. They are shown in the case history, and the summary allows you to view them back to back, however this is a pretty inefficient way of viewing a large number of history notes.
It would be ideal if they were displayed in an Inbox-style, so you could select a note or archived email, and then view it in a reading pane within the case history subpanel, or some other area.
