Default Incoming Emails > Accepted Emails

I am evaluating SugarCRM. I love it, but one major shortfall is that our current CRM allows for an email address like

    support@mydomain.com

This email is routed to the CRM and support staff click "Accept" on emails as they come in. Later a case may be created and I can view emails under an account. Sugar shows sent emails under account but appears not to allow for this incoming email functionality

I really miss this feature as well. I think it could be done using some simple POP3 integration.

I'm looking for this too. When an email comes in I want any on-duty support person to be able to answer it, and be automagically showed the cases, previous orders and open quotes for the contact/account if the email address is recognised.

You might go looking for recovery pst and outlook express repair. I have been using it without problem since it came out.
