Re: inviting new users to existing meeting should not re-invite previous invitees
Thanks for your feedback. Although I don't believe we introduced this problem in 6.2, I agree this is an issue and I will file a feature request for it as we currently do not track just sent as a status. Thanks for your feedback and please continue to keep it up.

However, if you want to invite Jane to the same meeting and click "Send Invite", then Bob will get a second invitation emailed to him. This is annoying to Bob to have to send another response, and it clutters his inbox if you have to invite additional people more and more.
Outlook has a neat feature with meeting invites that only sends the invite to New Invitees and ignores the ones already invited. I think that will be useful, because we invite prospects to a webinar for next Wednesday, and those invitations go out all of this week (Monday through Friday). Unfortunately I have to invite them one at a time separately and then enter them again in Sugar. That double-entry is counter productive, but it's the only way I can guarantee the recipient gets one and only one invitation by email.
Thanks for your help. Great job with the CRM otherwise.
