List of Releases and Version should be kept separate in Bug Tracker module

Hi,
List of Releases and Version should be kept separate in Bug Tracker module since it becomes very chaotic to maintain them in a single release name only. Also, since it is the list of releases, it would definitely have version control which needs to be enabled.
