    Default Logic hook send compose Email

    I'm trying to add some php code when a user sends a compose mail, but I dont find the way to do in a upgrade-safe cause the hooks availlable not use before/after send. The only way actually I find is modifying the code in Email.php about email2Send method.
    Any idea? Thanks.
