Make contract "Time To Expiry" reportable

The contracts module has a calculated field called "Time To Expiry". This does not show up in the Studio Field List but can be used in the contract list view.

The "Time To Expiry" filed is not avilable in the reporting module when reporting on contracts. It woudl be nice to
1. Make "Time To Expiry" reportable.
2. Make this a calculated filed that shows up in Studio.
