Hello everyone! I'm working at the marketing department and my company uses the sugar. Actually we are migrating to the new sugar right now.
I don't know much about Sugar... but I was wondering if it's possible or if actually exists a marketing
intelligence system that would collect and store different datas into one section in Sugar, especially
related to consumer knowledge. Example:
-My company sells software, we have 2 produtcs with trials/demos, and we have a survey when
users have their trial period finished.
- We have tech support information
- We plan to have forum on on the website, where we can do quantitave surveys, and qualitative research: for example, creating a topic on forum asking what we could implement on our software, or what improvement the users would like to have in our website, etc.
- Facebook discussions, polls and surveys in our communities and third party groups related to our marketing (event planning for example is one of our target markets)
- Youtube - google's data (number of views in our video campaigns or tutorials) plus youtube user's comments.
-Is it possible to gather or copy and paste information from those sources and place into one module in Sugar?
