Merge multiple duplicate record

I need to merge all records in list using special script. Is there any plugin to find duplicates and merge them!?

Maybe you could use Talend. I read about a component called 'tUniqueRow' ('tUniqRow'? - have seen both writings) that should be worth having a closer look at it.

I've searched for such a module but couldn't find one. Seems there is only the build-in functionality of Sugar available, which is very helpful but not satisfying if one has to find and merge duplicates for a huge amount of data.
The best solution to this for me at the moment seems to be a tool like Talend where you can define a process and - once created - can be used whenever you see a need for merging. Creating such a process would take some time and the result needs to be tested very well on a copy of the data base before start merging the real data. There is off course a high risk of damaging the data if the process contains bugs.
Maybe that's the reason why there is no such an automatism available...
