1. When adding users to teams under ADMIN>USERS>"User Name">MY TEAMS I would love to see the option to select more than one team at a time. It is frustrating to join a team one-by-one and then scroll down and select another, and another and so on. My suggestion would be to allow multiple teams to be selected by using a check box next to each team.
2. I wish you could join teams together for special projects. Currently, the only way to have teams join together for projects is to create a new team and then select users on-by-one. Frustrating! How about doing team hierarchy or team collaboration?
For Example:
Team "A" has a current project with ABC Company.
Team "B" has a current project with XYZ Company.
Both "A" and "B" teams need to collaborate on a project called "BlackBird" for 123 Corp. and so the SugarCRM admin creates a special team called "BlackBird" and then select the users for that team (current process) OR selects teams to join this "special" team (new process).
The option in SugarCRM would be something similar to the following:
"Please select the user(s) or team(s) to join your new team BlackBird."
USERS:
[ _ ] John Doe
[ _ ] Jane Doe
[ _ ] Pete Smith
[ _ ] Bridget Jones
[ _ ] Mike Masters
TEAMS
[ X ] Team A
[ X ] Team B
[ _ ] Team C
Now you can label an Contact, Account, Opportunity, Task or etc. to the new team "BlackBird" and all the Team A and Team B members can participate in those modules.
