open source web-based solution for Time and Attendance

Hi All,

I have checked sugartime , I have found that sugartime is simple timetracking in and out , and it does not satisfy all the requirements which i need

features of time attendance solution which I am looking for :

1) It should be open source
2) Records of the employee's and their departments , branches they are working on.
3) schedule timing of the employee's working hours
4) Time of Login and logout of the employee
5) Calculation of overtime as well as the shortage of working hours
6) Punch in /out (Login and logout) of the employees can be via web , bar-code , fingerprint ....etc
7) Management of Holidays , vacations (annual , sick , ....) .

Any one can you help to find such solution.

(Note : by the way , I know that my question is not related to this forum , but i really don't know the exact forum to ask this question.)

Your requirements - that are HRM system, not CRM what Sugar is. I'd like Sugar has more HRM functinalities, even had a thought to develop project which would add HR stuff into SugarCRM but have given up with this.
