is there a tool that i can use to make my own theme? generally i don't need all the extra shortcut tabs etc to be displayed on my phone and netbook.

the ability to view a simplified calendar display, accounts page etc would maximize the smaller screen real estate, and make it all more readable

a theme designer tool is probably what i am looking for
