    Default Phoner/Call-Center plug-in

    Hi
    We are looking for a good tool to integrate in to SugarCRM. Thee tool that we need is to make it easy for our phoner team to call out from the target list, eadilt moves targets to leads etc.
    We need the tool to pop-up with notification on who to call to day if a call has been mark with "call later" no answer etc.

    Any good ideas ?

    Which phone system are you using? There are many plugins available for multiple different providers out there.

    Dear,
    I think another important question is the operating system.
    On mac osx, this is the desert of maine

    The good word is "CTI : computer telephony integration"

    >> Calling out of target lists you can achieve to make the phone-number visible in the listview, and just use the Skype plug-in which recognises phone numbers. If you use Skype that is.

    >> This has been mentioned before, in this topic. A good solution for this would be very nice. However we just change the date of the Call to somewhere in the future, and make a note in 1 line of text f.e.: 25-10-2012 Customer not in office.

    Any good ideas ?

    For Call Center, you can use Asterisk CRM Connector plugin. You can download it from below link.

    This is very interesting plugin. you can Call person just by click on phone number in crm. Can get Call notification popup in crm. Can get record of call and call recording in crm. Go through this link and download.

    You can use Teleseller to create call lists which team members can work through. From there, you should be able to use built-in functionality to move to Leads and so on. From the About page on https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/addons/Teleseller:

    The TeleSeller module for SugarCRM was created to make heavy outbound calling more efficient for SugarCRM users through the use of quick disposition buttons. A user making large numbers of outbound calls can create targeted call lists utilizing the SugarCRM 'Target Lists' feature. Then, they can go through the list clicking the TeleSeller disposition buttons to quickly make notes and log calls.

    For pop up notifications, you may want to consider using the Calls Dashlet and set it up to show what deferred calls need to be made.
