similar to the JotPad (which is storing items for a user privately) there should be the possibility to post messgaes, that are shown to anyone, who is logging into sugar.

something like: "attention: a new upgrade was inserted, or we uploaded 1000 prospects, please start contacting them ..."

or is something like this already possible.

There is no dashlet exists to match exactly your needs. But you can create a clone of JotPad dashlet to achieve your needs.

i look in the "my Sugar feed" area (that is in place since 5.2 CE and it is fullfilling my needs.
