If you use Exchange, Riva provides native support for Snow Leopard Mac iCal, Mail and Address Book and Microsoft Entourage for Mac.

i think a real integration shoud go on a server level like riva but should be done for linux systems, far more reliable and stable and cheaper than win serverz

tha mac is superior but we need a real mac style integration here...

    I would second this request.

Mac has entered the professional IT ecosystem via iPhone and iPad. Several of our top management now use iPad. Bi-directional sync with AD and iCal would be terrific to get SugarCRM out of its data silo on the mac platform. The mail archiving gig is ok but not optimal.

Sugar might be waiting to see who's going to emerge as a clear winner in the tablet war. It seems that the contest has been settled now. When iPad 3 hit the market mid 2012, the game should be over.

    Looking forward to Sugar 6.5

There should be some enhancements to Calendaring in 6.5 which will help solve part of this issue, stay tuned....

    Hi,

Direct SugarCRM to Exchange sync makes integration seamless. Whatever email client you have (including mobile device) it may see date from SugarCRM.

I recommend you to consider the Agile SugarCRM to Exchange Synchronizer (AESync). It provides server-side integration between SugarCRM and Exchange. Integration includes synchronization of Contacts, Meetings, Calls, Tasks; Archiving emails; special scenarios to replicate and create items like Opportunities and Cases from your email client. This solution works without any client-side plugins. No need for additional configuration of standard mobile or desktop email clients (Outlook, Entourage, Mac Mail, iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows Phone, Blackberry, etc.).

Trial version is available for download so you can try AESync before making a decision.
