I think the recycle bin function is necessary.when I delete a record,I can not recover it,although it exist in database.

Yeah, I support this one. Kind of a rollback function (even if it is just for admins) would be nice. For some of the relationships it's pretty hard to put together all loose ends manually.

I couldn't agree more regarding the function of the recycle bin.
I couldnt agree more. That would be a huge improvement for the data scare of large user groups.
SharePoint recycle bin is really nice.
Regular (Sales) user: Only see what they have deleted for 30 days
Admins: See what all users have deleted for 30 days.
