Hello everyone,
I want to replace the city field or state field or ... in lead or contact module with a combo box or drop down list so that the users can choose the name of that field from a list. Presently users just enter the Arabic names by typing which bears mistake. This creates a lot of problem in gettin reports based on the name of city. I don't want to create a new field with vstudio, rather I want to replace existing fields with combo boxes whic probably requires requires code-level customizations. Can any one help me on this?
