Is it possible to build/inculcate a grading system (evaluation) in Sugar CRM platform?
Problem Statement:
There would be parameters with certain scale given to each one of the parameters. Now the system should calculate the grade with the input of scale assigned.

Kindlly let me know about the report generation capabilities of CRM too. Thanks in advance
