Hope everyone is doing well. As we are progressing on learning about SugarCRM, we need some help.
How can we do the following to manage our sales process in a given campaign:
1. define some number of stages in the sales process
2. move the accounts of a single campaign through various stages as the campaign evolves
3. view lists of accounts in each stage at a given point in time
Unrelated to the above request, we would also like to design the interface to display all the critical information for a contact (account) on one page. Example of this information would be:
1. name,
2. phone number ,
3. website,
4. call notes (full content of the notes),
5. other custom fields
In the default SugarCRM set up we have uploaded, it is necessary to click a link to enter and review notes and wait for the computer to open the notes page.
The company (account) and contact (person) are now in different pages. Again, we would like all these information in the same page.
Finally, we would like the opportunity to link the same contact to one or more campaigns.
