sth. for the future: Time Zone for Account/Contact

Here's an idea I had recently: It would be useful to have a field "time zone" for every Account/Contact. Then the system could show the local time for the contact, so I don't have to calculate it in my head to know whether the person is still in bed or very likely just out for lunch when I try to call him.

But that's probably something for the future.

How about this feature? Is it possible to assign time zones for Account/Contact in die current version?
It would be really useful.

It would be awesome to have Sugar determine the Account or Contact's time zone based on
1) street address,
2) zip code,
3) phone number, or
4) the geographical location of the IP address through which they most recently accessed the customer portal or website.

With one of the above pieces of information, an address could easily be obtained from google.
