Support/Ticket Module

We are looking for a module for support. It would include doing tickets from email, and also on the customer side, also have a devices tab to add the devices that we put on the customer site. We are a telephony company, so we want to a place to put the phone system type and the user name and passwords.

Can this be done, and who wants to do it...How quick and how much?

Have you checked out the Zendesk integration with Sugar?

It may do what you require.
