Our company needs to track different type of calls. We need to see from the reports how many new (first) calls were made and how many follow-up calls were made. How can we do that? Is there a support for different type of calls?

Hello Lauri,
And welcome to Sugar forums.
If you create new custom field to track type of the call (first call, follow-up, etc), you can use ZuckerReports or maybe even listview (if its enough for your purposes) to list different call types.
