User Activity

I have searched for an add-in for tracking user activity with no luck. I was only able to find ones that reported login times, IP Addresses, login attempts, etc. My company has requested one that tracks which modules are being used and what is being creating. For example, when someone creates a contact or an account.

So if there is no such add-in available, this could be a great new feature for an upcoming build.

As far as seeing what records are being created use the SugarFeeds dashlet.

Hi, unfortunately the tracking reports in Sugar are not great and this is only a workaround but...I created reports and put a chart on my home page to show new accounts/contacts/opportunities created in the last month. You can then add fields such as ID, Record Name, Created By User etc and can export the details into an excel file to track history.
