WANTED: Agenda management system for meetings

We are looking for a professional meeting agenda system for SugarCRM. No, not a calendar, but a true meeting agenda management system.

We currently use SugarCRM 5.5.0 CE. Currently it lacks a VERY important function. It does not handle meetings properly. Yes, it can create and schedule meetings but it doesn't manage topics, minutes, etc (old and new business).

The agenda system should allow people to add topics (new business) that need to be discussed in the meeting. Previous tops (old business) linked to the same lead, opportunity, project, etc. not marked resolved/completed/assigned should be available to be bring forward and placed onto the discussion list for the next meeting.

Furthermore, it would be ideal to be able to assign the meeting host and the meeting scribe (may be the same person). These people will have UPDATE capability to the minutes.

Finally, there should be a URL link that will permit users to view the agenda during the meeting (assuming an online meeting). It displays the agenda topics. Everyone accept the host and the scribe are view/read-only. The URL is constantly refreshed as the notes and topics are updated. If a topic is checked as a task, then a new task (project task) is created and a person is assigned to it.

BTW, a meeting may need to be linked to multiple leads, opportunities, projects, etc. In our meetings we discuss a wide range of business involving many projects and opportunities. Therefore, a meeting may be linked to multiple entities.

Does such a system currently exist or something close to it?
