Warning message when performing mass updates

Have a warning message come up to confirm whether or not you would like perform the mass update. This could be very helpful in the event you assign numerous contacts from one user to the other. This way you can go into user settings and uncheck "Notify on Assignment" box so that the user will not be spammed with so many notifications. I realize you should be careful when performing mass updates, but this will be very helpful for first time admins so they dont have to learn it the hard way and spam someone over 500 emails
