Conversione Target in Leads (dual language)

Mi sono reso conto che la conversione è possibile ma solo convertendo ogni singolo Target in Leads.
Domanda: è possibile convertire "gruppi" di nominativi compresi in una Target List in Leads.

I realized that conversion is possible but only by converting every single Target in Leads.
I would like to convert my target list, that i have made, to Leads.

I think you can have it just by programming.
A custom action could be placed at the target list module, and then you could program this action to run over every single target and then convert it to a lead. I don`t know if already there is this "convert" function done on sugar, if not you will need to map the target fields into the leads fields.
