Impossibile modificare il logo

Salve a tutti,

come da titolo ho un problema con la modifica del logo di SugarCRm, vorrei mettere quello della mi azienda ma ciò oramai è divantata una guerra.
Ho provato a caricare il logo in formato png, jpg con gli stessi pixel e dpi ma niente da fare, in alto a sinistra appare una croce rossa!
Ho provato a settare i permessi, sulla cartella via ftp, a 777 e fatti ereditare alle sottocartelle...ma il risultato non cambia.
Sia un limite dell'edizione community?

It is possible in CE edition to change the logo.
Which version are you using?

You could have a look into the html of your sugar page to see the path to the logo file. Maybe apache is not able to open this file. Permissions?
I've attached the section of the html code in my installation (screenshot from Firebug) which is showing the company logo. I've replaced this file with my own logo file and it is shown properly.

II already tried to write the file via ftp, but without positive result.
The version I use is:6.2.0
other suggestion?

So you tried both ways: directly via ftp and with upload in the admin section?

With ftp: did you get an error message? You should have a look at the file permissions of that directory and the file to replace. I think there might be the problem with the permission so you with ftp and apache websever can not access this picture.

I've resolved, the provider had problem's connection.
