Thanks Andrè, i have reset the user preference but it doesn't works, i have the same problem with alla users ... i think ther's someting wrong with the installation but i have charg a lot of data and don't want to uninstall sugar.
note, i work with sugar installed on IBM systemI (i5/OS)
Hi Ale.
Make a single test: rename the folder cache and create a new one with the appropriate privileges. Try to access the Home again.
And for sure, make a backup of the original cache folder.

Nothig... i have try to recreate the cache folder but it doesn't works.
Other ideas?

Se le hai già provate tutte (quick repair and rebuild, rebuild user, verificato permessi sulle varie cartelle...) dato che hai appena installato e non dovresti aver applicato troppo modifiche, ti consiglio di reinstallare Sugar.
