Sim, é possível, para isso você precisa editar o arquivo modules/Notes/metadata/subpanels/ForHistory.php e copiar de modules/Calls/metadata/subpanels/ForHistory.php o item do array referente ao rem.
Quando for salvar o arquivo modules/Notes/metadata/subpanels/ForHistory.php, preserve o original e salve a versão modificada em custom/modules/Notes/metadata/subpanels/ForHistory.php
